I've been lifting for over a year, and i've never seen anything like this! To say that my body is responding incredibly well to MAX-OT would be the understatement of the decade. The numbers are below.

ARMS:

01-05-2004: 35cm / 13.75"
01-23-2004: 37cm / 14.55"
01-26-2004: 38cm / 14.95"

CHEST:

01-05-2004: 100cm / 39.3"
01-23-2004: 103cm / 40.5"
01-26-2004: 106cm / 41.65"

What's your diet like? I'm supposing you're bulking. If not...can I purchase the rights to your biography? ;)

I've never had much luck developing my chest, but my arms are only slightly smaller than yours were when you began. I do max-ot, but I'm cutting, so I'm just happy my arms have stayed the same thus far.

What all are you doing for each body part? Obviously it's a max-ot workout, but what exercises in particular do you use? I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like to know a bit more about the methods behind your success thus far.

Keep up the good work!

Believe it or not, i'm following their 6-month plan to the letter. I was gonna modify the hell out of it, but i sat down and told myself to have a little faith in someone for a change, and commited myself to the whole thing. I got started on the second 4-week segment today. My diet is 2900cal, 40/40/20 split, and is structured according to Eric Statterwhite's article Anabolic Aerobics. Supplements i take include Optimum 100% Whey, AST Creatine and AST MultiPro 32X.

Sorry, I didn't see where to get the max ot training program info. Is it available freely? links?

Thanks,

Chris

I believe he is referring to the regimen found in this (http://www.johnstonefitness.com/MAX-OT.pdf) pdf. The regimen begins on page 133.
