I've been serious about working out and eating better - now it is going onto week 4.
My skin has started to change - oilier in the evening. Is this common?
Is it related to added protein perhaps?

oddly enough oily skin usually means that your skin is dry and it's overcompensating for the dryness by producing oils... it may just be because you're showering more, or because you're sweating more... make sure you put on lotion after you shower and/or before bed (even your face)... this is something my dermatologist told me and it's actually helped with my acne too... I was skeptical at the begining... but she was right, when I started lotioning my skin stopped getting so oily :tu:
