I just decided to start a journal (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?p=336539#post336539) where I laid out my plan in detail. I'd really appreciate some feedback, especially in the nutrition department. I don't know yet if my new approach to eating is working, because I started on Monday and I take measurements on Saturday, but I would still like to get some opinions on it :).
