I've always found a mix of Queen classics is good to get the blood flowing.

We Will Rock You
Flash
Another One Bites The Dust
We Are The Champions
The Invisible Man
Princes Of The Universe
Living On My Own
Don't Stop Me Now
I Want To Be Free
I Want It All
Bycicle Race

Are some of my favorites.

Oddly enough you might find me working to much softer
calm music most of the time. but thats just me :)

I figure I might as well make some suggestions since I'm bored anyways.

*Outkast - Bombs Over Bhagdad
*Relient K - Pressing On
*Daniel Beddingfield - Gotta Get Through This (LOVE this one for cardio)
*White Riot - Come On, Feel the Noise
*Foo Fighters - Breakout
*Survivor - Eye of the Tiger (Cliche`, I know, but always a classic)
*Ricky Martin - La Copa de la Vida (I better not get stoned for this choice of artist... I just love playing soccer and this song gets me pumped, as it was the theme song for the 1998 World Cup)
*AC/DC - Thunderstruck
*Kanye West - Jesus Walks
*Black Eyed Peas - Let's Get Retarded
*Joe Buddens - Pump It Up

Yeeeaaa, I have a slightly eclectic taste in music, but these usually get me pretty pumped for both cardio and weights. I might listen to slightly heavier stuff for lifting, but I love rap, hip-hop, and fast-paced rock for cardio.

Hope this helps! :D

When pumping iron....it's fitting to listen to 'HEAVY METAL' hehehe ;-)

Just started listening to 'In Flames' new album 'Come Clarity' on the way to the Gym. Nothing like some aggressive hard melodic death metal to get you pumped before a workout!

Ok, I might already be in the dog house for Daniel Beddingfield (but that's a good cardio song, damnit! :p )... But I would also recommend "Summer Jam" by the Underdog Project. It's great for this time of year... Just randomly came on my mp3 player while I was washing the car and I thought it might be good for a workout mix.
