i wasn't sure where to post this thread..but anyway,does anyone know any flexibility exercises that i can do at home to maintain my flexibility?

Yoga is great for flexibility, strength, alignment, balance etc. If you havent ever practiced yoga before, just get a do it at home dvd. The one from yogazone "Total body workout" is great for beginners.
If you cant do that or have limited time, print out the sun salutation off the internet. Its a daily must -do. Opens your body up in the morning, leaves you feeling calm, rejuvenated and energised.

Another little tip for your daily practice: The 5 tibetan rites. Many hundred years old, practised by tibetan monks, it builds on yoga. It is the minimal practise for a long youthful life also termed "the fountain of youth". Look it up!!
