It's been a LONG time since I've been around. Had terrific success a few years ago and have been on and off track ever since. SO SO easy to slack..so so easy to loose all that you have worked so hard to gain. I know the hardest part is to get started...that's where I am at. I work out one day, and skip the next. It's like I am constantly 'starting over'. I don't want to sound negative..I REALLY want to get out of this rut. It will take me a while to start feeling good and to stick with it all until then is .. difficult.

I'm lost too. Don't have any meal ideas any more...work out routines etc. Going to the gym to meet up with a PT on Saturday so that'll be good. But I need to stay connected to like-minded, positive individuals.

So .. if it is ok..I'd love to tag along on your shirttails while I get started. I know the enthusiasm of the women on here will carry me through the rough stage until I am there on my own.

All the best to you all of you and a pre-thank you for any support, suggestions etc you can offer.

Take the easiest steps first. Your success will further motivate you.

Hi Danielle!!

I just wanted to send you some energy vibes your way :)

You know, working out every second day is not a bad idea. I started slowly and I gradually started cleaning up my diet and adding volume to my workouts.... then it became a habit.

You know you had success, so you know you can do it, thats a great motivation.
1 step at a time (in a right direction), its not a race :)

Good luck!!!!!
