Hope you don't mean you can do 105 crunches in a row (without a break), because if you can, you are doing something very wrong!!! You shouldn't be able to do more than about 20 reps (add weight if necessary).

Good work on being able to do that many, but I've found I get a hell of a lot more benefit on 3 sets of around 15, 3 times a week; when I was around the 100 mark a few months ago I had barely any development.

"High reps to build your stamina, low reps to build the muscle" would be the lesson I've taken from it.

Congrats! There is nothing more inspiring than not only seeing, but feeling your body directly benefit from your training.

What would you be doing wrong if you could do 105 in a row?

If you can do that many in a row most likely you're doing them wrong, that or your training to be a navy seal...

I can assure you I am no Navy SEAL, and I don't do them wrong. No point in doing something, if you're not gonna do it right :) I would really rather not say how many I can do, because that is irrelevant. I was just wondering if there was some real logic behind not doing that many in a row.

I usually do weighted crunches with like a 80lbs dumbbell on my chest. No need to do more than 10 reps if you can avoid it. More overload=more mass=bigger sixpack when I'm ripped :tu:
