have any of you noticed where the first place you seem to shrink is?
i heard that once i start losing weight it will be in my breasts and butt...
in high school i dropped about 10 pounds and I did go from a C cup to a B cup... now I am back up to a C...
so just wondering...

Well I would say I lost it first in my stomach. But everywhere else did shrink too. Last to go seems to be my saddlebags. I went down two cup sizes but oh well..it's worth it. have any of you noticed where the first place you seem to shrink is?

I lost an equal amount from the waist and hips.
I went from a depressingly small 36 A to a barely non-existant 36AA. However, with a 26 inch waist, even a 36AA doesn't look so bad. At one point while breastfeeding, I was a 38 C, which was not terribly attractive with a 30 inch waist.

The first place I lost weight from was around my shoulders. I seem to be going from the top down.

it seems that my face is what i always notice first...
then i think my stomach has always been the first to go in the past...

i am in the mist of losing weight at the moment and my face is always the fist place i notice then my boobs.

I lose in my face and arms 1st - but the chest definitely goes quick too!
So far since August I've lost 4.5 inches across my chest (measured with arms down) and 6.0 inches in my bust! But I've also lost 5.75 inches off my waist, about 2 inches off each arm and almost 4 inches off each thigh! Using measurements for the eating plan I starting on (there are about 13 different ones.) I've lose 38 inches total.
The slowest is my hips/saddlebags area! In fact when I had gained weight, the saddlebags seemed to "go away" but really I just had fat all around them - they didn't stick out. In High School, I was thin, but hated my thighs/saddlebags that seemed to just stick out about 3 feet on each side! Now that I'm losing, the saddlebag look is returning! But I'l losing - so that makes me happy :D
