I am wanting to start to do carb cycling but was just wondering how many calories and carbs does everyone have on their low, med & high days?
(I am a female I just accidentally selected male and don't know how to change it!)

No one can tell you how many carbs/cals because it all depends on your height, bodyfat, weight, etc...
But if you want to do low, med, high, i would do:
Low: 20-30% carb @NormalCalories
Med: 30-40% carb @NormalCalories
High: 50% carb, @(NormalCalories + 500)
Where said % is the % of calories.
So if NormalCalories = 2000, 20% carb would be 400 calories from carbs, which is 100g carb.
