Now I have read a lot of peoples diets but I personally have a few restrictions. First, I don't eat fruits(Do drink no pulp OJ though), secondly, no fish products. Those are my two big things. I just discovered these egg beaters and would like to include them in my daily eatings. Also, I'm very found of these chocolate Vector bars, are they any good for me? Are there any suppliments that I can take that would make up for the two things I am lacking? Any information or plans would be a great help.
Thank you

I'm quite new to this too, but it would appear as if a flax seed oil would help you out because of the omega 3's (???) in fish, which are good. a multivitamin would probably help too.

We would love to help you out, but first we need more information. There are many factors that contribute to a eating plan:

1) what are your stats- height, weight, age, body fat (if you can determine it)

2) What are your goals? - i.e. lose fat, bulk up, gain lean muscle.

3) What does your daily diet look like now?

4) Are you interested in training as a means to accelerate your diet?

We can get started as soon as we know some more information.
