Hey, I've just joined and really started reading up on losing weight, and I read that not eating for half an hour or so after doing cardio keeps you burning calories. My question is, does that mean you shouldn't drink water for that time after as well? Does your body react differently to water after cardio?

You can and should drink water. You also can eat protein and fat. Carbs are just what they say to avoid in order to keep the "fat burning process" going. Does it matter? Who knows, but I tend to follow that train of thought whenever possible.

I hadn't thought of that. I think you're right because I don't stop sweating for at least about forty five minutes after the workouts.
