Hey everyone,

Im kinda new on this forum, well, Ive been a member for some time already and been reading alot (got on here tru Chicanerous :)).. but never really posted anything.
Ive found this site to be a great source of info and I think that as of I now Ill be posting my question here too, got so much to learn hehe :).
So I thought I would introduce myself a bit now...

Well, my name is Lorenzo, Im 18 years.
around 169 cm and 67 kg... I dont know my bodyfat, its pretty low I think, maybe you guys could estimate my BF after checking my pics? :)
Ive always been involved in sports since the age of 5..

Little bit of history :P :
Swimming 7 years (stopped because of allergics)
Judo 8 years (stopped for same reason)
Athletics 2 years (stopped because the only thing I really liked was running)
Tai Chi Quan 2 years (lack of time... too bad)

At this moment Im finally training Shaolin Kungfu since 2 years, have been searching for that since I got interested in martial arts, but never found a good school. Now I finally found one and I love it, practice traditional mostly, also a bit modern and sanda (full contact).

When I started Kungfu, I also started with a bit fitness, to support my training.
I had almost no equipment, so it wasnt very serious.

Ive got more and better equipment now and I finally got rid of the idea that lifting heavy would be bad for my martial arts training as my father always tells me.
So about 6 months ago I decided to start lift heavy, more serious and go for more mass.
My diet was non excisting in the beginning and I slept really bad at that time, so I made little gains to bad.

My goals for lifting: more mass and strenght, really need to get bigger...
I want to clean bulk to around 75 kg? I think that would be nice, not sure... maybe a bit more or less.
Ofcource with a decent bodyfat%...
Just a well trained looking physique, athlete like, not HUGE.
After that Ill be training to maintain and more effecient so my kungfu training can benefit from it.

In the beginning I followed an upper/lower split for quite some time..
After that I switched to a 4 day split for a few weeks.
Now Im on a 3 day split routine: back/biceps, chest/triceps, legs/shoulders.
Reprange 4-6.
Its working pretty good for me and I like it.
I might post my full routine with exercises etc. later to see what you guys think about it.
When Ive finished this routine, I want to try out waterburys BBB, TBT or ABH I... Ive been reading about it lately, and it defenitly sounds worth a try.

Im still working on my diet.. because my parents are giving me a hard time...
Because of 2 reasons.. first they dont really like the idea of me getting big.. second, they think it wont do good for my kungfu training... totally unsupporting and demotivating.
I want to buy some whey, but they are being ever harder on that haha...
Anyways, Ill find a way to work it out I hope, but I think diet is what I will need the most help with.

Do you guys think its essential to add some supplements?
Or would a good diet do?

Man... I talk way too much I think haha... post is already to damn long.
Here are some pics of me which I made today. http://84.24.192.39/Lorpics
Please forgive my posing, I still got to learn how to pose haha, they suck.
The ab shot was from about a month ago, ive gained more weight since then and probably also more fat.

I should stop now and head to bed and get some rest haha.
If you guys were crazy enough to read all of that and replying, thanks :)

Hope to learn alot on here and to improve my training, diet, physique :).

Grtz, Lorenzo.

Your avatar is awesome, you look like you could be teaching us a thing or two. :)

Is Chicanerous a friend of yours "in real life?" I wonder if you'd enjoy working with the routine he is setting up for himself (the "Westside Hybrid," for lack of a better term). Just a thought...

thnx for the compliment man :)
But Im afraid my knowledge on this area isnt that much hehe..
I guess most of my knowledge is on martial arts area.
But anyways, thats what Im here for, to share the few things I know and to learn alot of new things ;)

I do know a thing or two, but more in general, still got a lot to learn (but hey, theres always something to learn right? :))
Especially on diets/nutrition area I seriously lack knowledge haha.

Nope, I know him from the trickstutorials forum... I was pretty active there a while ago, and came across some of his posts, and he really impressed me. So I started PMing with him a bit to share and ask a few things :). On accident I somehow got on this forum in his bulking journal, so I thought Id sign up here too as it looked like a good source for information and to follow his progress.

Westide Hybrid routine? havent read about that yet, but if hes doing it it should be good and interesting, Ill search the forum for it.

I've been doing this for over 15 years and I still learn new things all the time. That might just be because I'm not that smart though.
