Muscle Milk 'N Oats
CytoSport
I picked this stuff up because my girlfriend doesn't really like plain oats. She does love Muscle Milk though, and this product sounded like something she might like.
It sounded like something I might like too, at least during a bulk. :) I love oats anyway, and I love the flavor of Muscle Milk. Combining the two? Sounded good!
Boy was I wrong. My review of this product only goes as far as how 2 tablespoons of it tasted, because I cannot get any further than that. Disgusting. Maple and Brown Sugar? Tasted NOTHING like that. I have no idea where they got that from. It actually tasted so bad I checked the expiration date (which was 2007 so it wasn't bad).
I even tried to see if the dogs would eat it. I put the spoon up to Zack's mouth and, after sniffing it, he ran into the other room.
It really stinks because the nutrition facts on one package are pretty good! 6g fat (1g saturated), 34g carbs but only 4g sugar, and 30g protein. That's pretty decent for a meal that takes only 2 minutes to make (just add hot water, or put water in it and put it in the microwave).
Oh well.
