Hi Everyone,
I've been doing the Body for life routine for a while (maybe 16 weeks?) and my husband and I decided to train for the Chicago Marathon. As a result, we're finding it difficult to have enough time to get our runs in and go to the gym. Hence, we are interested in doing a full body weight training routine that we can do twice a week. Does anyone have any advice on a routine or where I can find information on a full body weight training routine? Thanks.
