About the same as egg whites, which is to say, good protein source. Compared to the cost of real eggs though, Egg Beaters will also cut much more money out of your wallet. ;)

On the cost of Eggbeaters, if you have a Costco nearby they have a pack of three large cartons of egg whites for ~$4.50 CDN. It's the best deal on egg whites I've found yet. The ingredients are clean as well. Just egg whites. I eat a ton of this stuff per week as well as a flat of 30 whole eggs about every two.

but I do not like much just eggwhites I prefer the eggbeaters.

I believe I answered you in my first post. It's a good protein source. No fat/carbs. So, on balance, and in the proper place in your diet, yes.
Now... if you eat too much... it won't matter if it's eggwhites or Burger King...
