but heres my question, what weight plates do i buy after i need more than 60 LBS, i dont mean standard or olympic but the actual weight?
Do i just keep buying more 10" or buy 25's? Please help, im very confused!

Thanks guys
And congrats John u really made something out of yourself, its people like you that actually stick to there plans that i respect! :claphigh: I myself have been working out for 5 months and the Bowflex but im selling that and buying:

-Adjustable Dumbells (standard)

That's great, just remember that your olympic plates won't jibe with your standard bar and the other way around too. I had this problem because I got the 300# Cap Olympic set and hated the olympic dumbell handles. I posted a thread about getting the olympic plates to fit on the standard dumbell handle, you may find this useful...

Having the adjustable dumbells is great for having a variable weight "max" dumbell set, but you can't say enough about having a good set of fixed hex dumbells as well... I have 40s, 30s, 25s, 20s and 10s and they suit me pretty well. They're nice for convenience when you don't want to have to adjust 4 sets of plates every time you want to change the dumbells' weight.
