I bought some Shadybrook extra lean ground turkey from the meat section of the store. The macros are as follows:

for one 4 oz. serving
120 kcal
1 gram fat
1 gram carb
28 gram protein

So does that mean there are 120 kcal in 4 oz. BEFORE cooked or
AFTER cooked? Also, it doesn't have the number of servings on the package, it just says "varied". The entire package weighs approx 22 oz.

How should I go about figuring out the serving size?

You already know the serving size, 4 oz.
22 oz. / 4 oz. = 5.5 servings.

The reason the # of servings is listed as varied is because the amount of meat in the package is varied, i.e. not all packages of ground turkey being sold weigh 22 oz. If the nutritional facts for the particular product are listed, you can easily figure out the number of servings as I did using the serving size.

If not, you can look up the nutritional info online for that particular product on a website such as nutritiondata.com (ground turkey, then look for whatever % lean yours is) and figure out how many servings you have using the package weight. This is only if you buy a meat or other product without a nutritional information label, in your case you don't need to do this because it is right on the package.

Yes, it is listed before cooked.

I would highly suggest purchasing a food scale. It is one of THE best purchases you could ever make in regards to training/nutrition.
