couple of quick questions. I am cutting right now, doind 45 min of cardio every morning, and weight training every other day(before cardio). I am thinking of using No-xplode but I am wondering what if any effect it will have on my cardio. Usually I'll do weights(maybe 30 min) and then 45 min of cardio. Can I get some opinions on this...should I change my routine? Is this something I should take while cutting? What flavor is the best tasting?

Your plan is fine.

I would suggest adding BCAA if you are doing the cardio after the weights. Sip on a BCAA drink like Xtend from preworkout, through your workout, and through your cardio session, and possibly have some post-cardio as well.

so on days where I just do cardio only should I use 1 scoop or 3? Also(sorry to sound dumb) but what is BCCA?

I'm thinking I should use 1 scoop on cardio only and 3 on cardio and weights.
