I'm :mad: this morning. I've gained a pound over night and it wasn't even from a good night of indulging in junkfood.
My diet is clean and I've up to a gallon and a half to 2 gallons of water per day.
Is there any way to fool the body out of this monthly water retention?
I know it's only temporary, but I'd prefer that it didn't sneak up on me at all if it can be done.
