I have a question for those that have installed mirrors in their workout area. I am considering adding mirrors to my home gym. My question is what size is sufficient to allow enough coverage (height and width) Ive looked at the local hardware store and they come in various sizes.
Just wondering how many mirrors most have and what sizes you are using. Any info is appreciated.

I put up a bunch of 16"x60" mirrors spaced about 1/2" apart. That's worked well for me. The mirrors are only about $20.00 each at Home Depot.

You can always use mirror tiles - you can fill any space with them, and they are easy to work with using a glass cutter.
Then there is always IKEA - they sell a number of large mirrors for pretty cheap.

Here is what my local Lowe's has:
14x56 $17.86
* 36x48 $44.86
30x36 $23.86
36x36 $37.86
* This is the one that I have. I'm 6'4" tall and the size of the mirror is fine.
