i shall update this first post every friday with my new weight and bf % and a few other things to.

i got down to 169lbs at 14% bf but i let it slip away, i should be back to that weight/bf in id say two weeks.

day 1

60 minute cardio session this morning.

everything is on track today. i had to make a few changes in today's diet, ran outa chicken breast. currently preping to bbq them later tonight or tomorrow after work. consumed protein shake insted.

looking to start weight training monday.

i plan to do cardio saturday and sunday morning for 45 minutes on a recumbent bike
