Anyone else experience this?
I have stayed roughly the same weight for about 2 weeks, but i take creatine. I can see slight differences in my upper body, but my stomach feels like it is full of water. I drink between 1 to 1.5 gallons of liquid a day and was just wondering if this is water weight? My calorie deficit plus my cardio should have lost me about 5 pounds on paper. In reality i have actually gained about a pound. I do work out with weights almost every day on a 3 day split with 1 off day. Ex: lift mon, tues, wed, off, fri, sat, sun, off...ect. and do about 1000 calories of cardio a day. My calorie intake is about 2000-2500, and I am 6'1" 245 pounds. I like being on creatine..it seems to help my strength on lifts. But i have heard it can cause bloating. Is this any need for concern? Any help appreciated.
I started at 290 pounds , and my routine was pretty consistant at losing between 2-3 pounds a week untill I started the creatine.
