Theres a site thats been mentioned here that does custom blends of proteins/carbs, but I cant seem to find the threads that I read about it. I was sure that I kept the link somewhere...

Specifically, I was going to get a dex/malto mix with some BCCA's, creatine, & glutamine as an all-in one PWO add-on to the ON whey I already use.

Has anyone had any experience with Endurox R4 (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/end/r4.html)? I havent seen it mentioned here before.

Waste of money. Looks like a poorly designed PWO drink to me. Buy some quality protein and add some dex yourself.

Endurox R4 is a great product that I've used extensively during the kayak and biking seasons. I'd say it's a little pricey if you're looking at it just as strength training PWO though. It was developed for athletes, not bodybuilders. "The introduction of Endurox: R4 in1999 began a new chapter in how nutrition can enhance aerobic performance. Endurox R4 was developed by leading exercise physiologists and based on cutting edge research that explains how the interaction of key physiological and nutritional factors enable muscles to operate at peak performance."
If you were to pick some up, DPS (http://www.dpsnutrition.net/product_information.asp?number=ED005&back=yes&dept=1045&last=1045) has the best price that I know of.

Ah, yes... that's it. Thanks guys.

I saw the Endurox R4 listed on a pro MMA fighter's training log & had never heard of it.
It's definitely expensive compared to simple dex/malto, but it's still 1/2 the price ($1/serving vs. $2.10/serving) of Biotest Surge (http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=459244) that they rave about on T-Mag (Berardi, etc). I don't even know if you can get it any more though. It's not listed on the Biotest (http://www.biotest.net/) site.
I'm spending about $1/ea for a 20oz Gatorade PWO, so I see it as a wash if it's any good. That's not counting the BCCA's & Glutamine that's also in Endurox R4 either.

Any ideas for the mix at trueprotein?
Specificly for carbs PWO, as I already have ON Whey for general use.
I'm thinking 1:1 dex:malto, plus BCCAs, creatine, & glutamine, but I have no idea what % for the other suppliments.
