I have re-started my cutting after about a year off the wagon. I really only need to cut about 10 lbs to get my BF around 10%, and I am hoping to do it before I go away for two months starting in the middle of June. I won't have access to a gym, and I will be eating cafeteria food, so I am looking for some sort of fitness program to maintain my progress (at least not slip back) during this time. Would combat conditioning or another body weight program be good for me in this situation? I really don't want to just do cardio, because I hate running, and I am a scrawny guy with a good frame and don't want to risk losing muscle mass.

If you are scrawny, you won't risk losing muscle mass while doing cardio, if you're eating properly and doing enough resistance training. If you've got 22" arms, maybe 30 miles/week running will hurt you, but if your arms are 13.5" flexed and warm, don't worry about it. Cardio is a key ingredient to most successful weight loss plans.
It doesn't have to be running.

Bodyweight exercises are always an option. Push-ups, bench dips, chin-ups, crunches, and all that can give you a great workout.
If you only have about 10 pounds to lose, I'd focus on diet almost more than the cardio. The "last" 10 pounds can be the hardest to lose, and I've read more stories of folks dropping those extra few pounds by adjusting their diets more than upping their cardio.
I shall never speak ill of running, though. I love running, and it's kept me on-track (well, until I fell off the wagon for a month or so) weight-wise.
