Hey all,...

I have seen it recomended, even by the manufacture, but I'm a little worried about too much creatine. I have just begun using the CellMass, as my first time using any type of creatine,..I must say even for only having started a couple weeks ago, I have noticed a little improvement in a couple of my lifts.

My main question today however, is the use of NoExplode along with the CellMass,...It seems like this would be an awefull lot of creatine. I realize there are different ingreadients in each product, but creatine in both non the less,...

I have to admit, I want to use the NoExplode to see if it works for me, in the way it has for a good number of others,..ie,..Extra energy during the workout, and the extra "pump" experienced by so many.

This does bring up a related question also,..I would guess a cocktail of BCAA's after the workout would be just fine, along with the post workout creatine? I recall seeing more than a couple folks here doing just that, and adding plenty of other things in their post workout drink as well,...

I'm not sure I will continue the NoExplode, unless it shows real promise. It seems to me almost redundant, and expensive to boot. I'm not a rich man,..;) Besides, Most of the time, I can push myself through my workouts, without something to get me "jacked". I have to say however, sometimes it does seem much easier to do so, when using a stimulant of some kind. I just don't want to get hooked on it, so to speak,...

Thanks for your help guys,...

No thoughts on this one guys?,...I'm going to try it,..actually this is the first day. Will see how it goes for a while. A week or two, if things don't get to out of whack,...

I'm almost more interested in how my system reacts to when I cycle off the creatine, as this is the first time I have ever used it to begin with. I'm 2 1/2 weeks in, and have seen just a smidge of improvement in a couple lifts,..Nothing over the top, but soemthing non the less,... I would guess the next couple weeks is when things will kick in, if it will at all,...

I'm very interested in what creatine use will do for my leg workouts. I struggle with that every week. Once in the blue moon, I will hit one of those days when all works well, but for the most part, leg day is an awkward workout for me. I just can't seem to push the squats to the point I would like to see.

Can it be there are some people that have a body shape, or flexabilty limitation, that limits their lift ability? In this case, squats? I have the worst time driving with my heels. Even with no shoes. I squat without shoes all the timer now. That made the bigest improvement in my squats, over anything else I have done to progess with the lift, but it seems it's still not enough. I always have trouble with the weight pushing me forward, even with th bar rolled way back on my traps, WAY back,...

Well,.I'm getting off the subject,...

Thanks....>>>--->

At most it will help you; at worst, it will do nothing. Nothing to worry over.

Thanks guys,..Every little bit helps,...Just looking for experienced opinions,...

I had a pretty good workout today. This would be my third workout using both. I started slow as recomended with a lot of sups like this, and only used one scoop of NoExplode the other two days. Today I used two. I'm only 162 lbs, so I figured I better ease into things especially from what I have read of the side effects for some people,..;) The stomach, and lower intestine issues from starting the CellMass pretty much went away after the first week of use. I just didn't want the NoExplode to bring it back.

I had been feeling crummy all day. I mean "ALL day", and figured it would be a rough time working out today. Figured also, however, that this would be a good test of the "Kick Start" the NoExplode is suppose to give you.

Well,..Things started out pretty slow. I began my workout about 30 - 40 minutes after taking the NoExplode. It was tough pushing what I had last week on the same day, but less than half way through the workout, things began to pick up pretty good. Nothing out of control, but a noticable change. The reps went up on each set, instead of down. For instance, when I did incline bench, my reps went 7, 8, 9,, and then a drop set of sorts with a lighter weight, to 10. The reps were lower this week, as I just upped the weight on that lift, and had just wiped myself out, on flat bench to boot.

By the time I got around to curls, I was pumped, and cranking out the reps with a heavier weight than had been used the week before. It was time to up it anyway, but the reps were there, 12, 12, 8, and didn't suffer, untill the last set.

Same thing on Hammer curls, and dumbbell flies. Just cranked em out,...

After lifting, 1/2 hour steep incline treadmill at a pretty good clip was effortless,....

Long story short,..It will be interesting to see how the rest of the week goes, and tomorrow is leg day,...;)

It will get better, but your body will get used to the no explode so your gonna have to take more scoops, the 1st 2 weeks I used 2 scoops, then 3 scoops

Drink enough water. At least a gallon if not 1.5.

20 minutes before i head to the gym i take 3 scoops no-xplode, and i take 1 scoop in a shaker bottle with me to the gym mixed with 2 cups water and sip on that throughout the lift. i get an amazing pump doing it this way, but its 4 scoops per workout total. afterwards, if its my cellmass cycle, i take cellmass after the lift and 30 minutes later i drink my nitrean. thats it.

Thanks again guys,...

Leg day today, and all was well,...Not over the top, but not bad. I saw better performace on chest day yesterday, than I did today with the legs. I did try a couple new things however, and they went well,...I did an extra set of squats, super slow and controlled, and the reps were there without much trouble. I slowed it way down, paused at thye very bottom, and drove up slow. It really changed where the drive came from. It put the weight back on my heels where it should be. I have trouble with this. I tend to lean too far forward,...

Anyway, off subject again,....

I'm not sure I can do the Gal and a half,...I'm lucky to get the Gal,...I have seen some drink as little as 1/2 gal,..Is this too little? I tend to get more than that, but I'm curious,...what are the effects if you don't get enough water?
