After doing a lot of reading, I have, in the past month or so, been planning and watching what I eat. My results so far have been to drop my BF 3-4%, while having the very slightest of weight gain - a whopping 2 pounds.

I'd love to have someone more experienced than I have a look at it and tell me what they think. I'd love to put on about 10 lbs., but its summer time (close enough) and I do want to stay lean. I'm 5'10, currently 171lbs.

One other note, I am not the wealthiest of people, so I like to eat reasonably cheap! :D

Macronutrients are in parenthesis in grams (P/C/F)

Breakfast:

Cracklin' Oat Bran cereal w/skim milk
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1 1/4 c. OJ
2 pcs. whole wheat toast

(35/156.5/19.5)

Lunch:

2 tuna sandwiches
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1 pc. fruit

(59.4/104.5/8.5)

Snacks throughout day:

3 pcs. fruit (bananas, apples, oranges)
1 can Fortify
1 gal+ high quality H-2-O

(15.7/110/11)

Dinner:

Dinner fluctuates, usually chicken or tilapia, with some form of pasta, and skim milk. Dessert involves natural peanut butter, and possibly a piece of fruit. However, I always hit the same macronutrient target for dinner...

from first glance id say spread out your meals evenly..time wise and macro wise..have 6 meals not 3 meals and some snacks...make all 6 meals fairly equal...it will keep your body charging on full steam all day ... more protien also...it looks like youve got mostly carbs and sugars.
also kind aneed to see your workout regimint to see what you should be eating and when
