Hi all...just looking for some feedback on something I'm planning on doing next month. My training seems to have plateaued, and I think it might be because I'm simply not getting enough protein in my diet.
I've ordered two different kinds of protein from AST...the XGF (more of a lean muscle mass builder) and the VP2 (a more traditional whey protein isolate)
I'm planning on taking a serving of XGF every morning with breakfast, and an additional serving of VP2 before my workout on training days (about 3 times a week), along with creatine and glutamine. My hope is that the daily XGF will help recovery, and keep enough in my system to kickstart my growth, while the VP2 will get the whey isolate into my bloodstream right when my muscles need it.
Any thoughts or suggestions on this plan?
