Current weight: ~180 lbs
I look pretty but at 155-160 lbs.

My plan is to lose about 25 lbs by mid July, starting on May 1st.

I will be doing LISS twice a day, once in the morning, and once either in the afternoon or sometime during the night, whenever my schedule permits. I also plan to do a 3 day lifting split...upper body day 1, lower body day 2, core day 3.

A typical eating day could look like this...

Breakfast: 2 eggs, green veggies

Snack: Raw almonds

Lunch: Meat, green veggies

Snack: Raw almonds

Supper: Meat, green veggies

Snack: ?????

I would REALLY like some suggestions for the diet, if I need more carbs, what is okay and not okay to eat. I would like to have it all tweaked by May 1st so I can get a great start.

Any suggestions are very appreciated guys, I need all that I can get!
