I'm asking this more out of curiousity than concern. If it starts becoming an ongoing problem, I'll mention it again when the time comes.
I've been plugging away here with exercise and my diet. I'm losing about a pound a week and my gut is finally disappearing.
The other night towards the end of my workout, I got the nastiest hunger pains. It wasn't just my internal clock telling me it was time to eat, it was actual pain. I finished what I was doing (no point in quitting with only 5 minutes left) then had a 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds
afterwards which made the pain go away.
It hasn't happened since, but does anyone else get these kinds of pains after a workout? If so, have you noticed a trend to it or is it just a random type of thing?
Since I'm losing flab, I don't feel the need to bump my calories. I feel good and have been sleeping like a rock. I'm not tired or lethergic and my workouts are progressing, so I haven't a clue... Could it be that I just have a "happy metabolism" now?
