Simple answer - H-I-T!!!!!

I started HIT training after losing 47 lbs. in 6 months doing a variety of other training methods, including Max OT, various splits, high cardio, etc. I started HIT at 197lbs. about a month ago. After being strict with my diet, and with my workouts, I have lost 16 lbs. (am at 181) and have lost significant BF%. And I have gained muscle to boot!

HIT has done wonders for me. I am very confident in my cut (am in week 5 of 6 weeks). I know I will get to my goal weight (179) by next Satruday, before beginning my HIT bulk. It will certainly be an exciting time!

if you would like to learn exactly how I am doing it, feel free to read my journal "12 Weeks of HIT". As aforementioned, I'm on week 5 of 6 for my cut, which 6 weeks of bulk will follow. Also, I have a picture gallery in which I have been addign some pictures of my progress. I have to update with this week's pictures, but you can see the first 3 weeks!

Perhaps HIT isn't for everyone, but it's definitely for me!

You are doing a great job, 6 weeks for probally a 20-23 lb cut, follow by six weeks of mass building. No cardio, three 30 min full body workouts a week. :tucool:
