Hello

First of all I apologize about my english, as I´m spanish and I´m just taking english lessons

This site is great! I´ve been reading for months before I get the courage to write (too many technicals words about proteins :o )

I finished Sports Sciences at university in 2001 but I think I´ve got a lot of things to learn here, specially about strenght trainning.

Actually I´m 78 kgs and 17% BF (1,78 m height). It´s too much, I,d been 8,5%.

I train every day at a local gym (spinning, just pump, running, stretching, lifting....), and use to ride my mountain bike on week ends (www.hispabikers.com)

Last ride:

On the 13th of may I´m trying a 173 kms bike marathon, longest distance ever

Now I´m also focused on music as i´m recording my first LP with this band: www.killem.org

And I wouldn´t mind to look on stage as this guy (ryan martinie, mudvayne):

So this is me, and these are my goals :)

Canada, we can´t hide our Metallica influence.

Sometimes we finish our shows with Damage Inc

Another bands they say we sound like are Megadeth, Slayer or Sadus

iceweaselsarecool, if you mean it was really bad you must see how I finished the ride. Lying on the road pavement waiting for the car to take me home, to exhausted to ride..... 3 hours of sleeping after a concert is not enough for a long ride next morning :nono:
