after a month of training and trying to eat clean food without losing any weight i decided to sign up at fitday and see what my problem is.

I am seeing my Macro as
40% Fat
30% Carb
30% Protein

Now Marcus and mr Gomer guide both suggest the Fat % to be at 20, Which is not working out for me reason being is that 1 tb of flaxseed and a handful of almonds alone put me out of that range. Am i doing something wrong or does this macro still allow me to lose weight. Appreciate your help.

40:30:30 P/F/C is a better breakdown IMO.

Healthy fats are just that HEALTHY :) They also help to increase the metabolism and prevent hunger.
