Well hello there,

A little bit about me. I'm a 20 year old university student (Mechanical Engineering). I'm 5'11 and got up to a high of 250 in March/April 2003. I'm down to about 225 now and my goal is to be 200 by July/August. My diet is usually close to a 40/40/20, and i use a 3-day split: chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders/legs.

Ok enough of that,

Workout:
Rest day after a rough squash game last night.

Meals:
1 - 2 scoops protein, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, banana
2 - English Muffin with egg
3 - PB Sandwich
4 - same as 1
5 - 2 cups Chicken Noodle Soup
6 - Cottage Cheese
