Can anyone help me out on this one? I have no clue when I should be consuming certain foods, how much, serving sizes etc.. I would like if some people can post an example of there own. Personal expierences would be helpful. If anyone can lay out a basic 6-7 meal cutting diet I would appreciate that as well. From there I will add in when i do cardio and lifting etc..
