All I did was eat a big jucy T-Bone Steak on both Saturday and Sunday, Monday morning I was 210.6 Tuesday 208, Wednesday 207, Today 205.4

I did start doing 8 sets of 8 last week vs 3 sets of 6
I started taking Dessicated Liver tablets 10 grams a day
I started drinking V8 in the morning

This was just a whopper of a drop very fast but you can see it on the chart. Now I can say like that baseball player commercial for slim fast,
"I lost 30 pounds" but not on the slim fast diet.

The Body Fat Monitor says I still have 49 lbs of fat and 23.4% bodyfat. At the rate of loss I should be 190 in about 5 weeks. I will then post some pictures of my transformation from 235 to 290 in 90 days.

While your progress is remarkable, I wouldn't put much stock into a 5 lb weight loss over a few days. It's likely a combination of fluid retention and changes in fecal mass (poop)

No one, no matter how fat they start off, can lose 5 lbs of fat in 3 days. While I have no idea what the max rate of loss possible is, I would guess that someone who weighed 250 and was 30% bodyfat could MAYBE lose 2 lbs of fat a week, which over 90 days of doing this every week would add up to about 25 lbs of fat gone.

I don't want to discourage you, but be prepared for the reality that you may weigh more than 206 next week or even the week after that.

5 years from now when you look back on how you altered your body you won't obsess about whether you achieved your goal in 90 days or 200 days. Just stick to a sensible plan and the results will take care of themselves. Worry less about the immediate results, and focus on the process of burning fat and adding lean muscle mass.

Once I dropped from 216 to 208 in one day-same scale. That's when I realized how much influence water weight has. My friends who wrestled in high school would frequently have to drop 5 or 6 pounds between the time they woke up and a weigh in. They achieved this through spitting in a cup, sitting in a sauna, and running with 3 pairs of sweats on in a heated gymnasium. They may have burned an ounce of fat in the process but they were really just dehydrating themselves.

Don't be like the investor who checks his stock quotes every 5 minutes-

Hmmm that last comment on stocks, for me 5 minutes would be way to long to wait as I trade futures and some trades only last a minute.

Yes I expect to platue around 205 for a week or so but keeping track of the loss has been interesting. A girl at my work today said to me she had a big steak dinner and noticed the same thing. I bet there is something in beef that can cause a big water weight drop but I do drink at least a gallon and more every day, I just think the platues and drops arre an interesting thing about losing weight and I would like to understand how it works to a finer degree.

Maybe the stock analogy was a bad one if you're a speculator, but when it comes to your body I think most of us are taking a long term approach.

The fluctuations are interesting, but I got sick of paying attention to the scale at a certain point and now I have no use for it.
