Hello Everyone.
I'm debating with myself so help me out here please.
I've been cutting for erm 4.5 months
been working out for 3.5 of those months
but with a few breaks due to knee problems.
i've lost around 30lbs on the scale. and
also gained some decent muscles at the same time.
I've recently gotten a Pullup Bar
and also started doing some leg work.
(going easy on it as i don't want another surgery) :)
now due to the fact i did not really work my
back hard nor touched my legs due to my injury.
I'm getting my back and legs noobie gains now.
I've actually a little heavier then i was 5 weeks ago
but around 1.5cm less on the hips 2cm in the tummy ect.
please keep in mind this is on a 2000 calories a day
diet. while my maintaince is supposed to be
closer to 3000(5'10 218lb - i think its slower then 3000 though)
now to my question :
Should I go on a mini bulk of 2-3 weeks
to reset my metabolisim and also make the most
of my noobie gains?
I beleive i could gain
4-5lbs of muscles in those 2-3 weeks easily.
(as my legs have muscle memory of carrying 265lbs a year ago and my legs have also lost alot of muscle due to knee surgery/disability while recovering)
anyone has exprience with "cutting breaks"?
Will I have a problem to resume cutting diet?
right now I am almost never hungry. will i have
to go through "hungry phase" again when i resume cutting?
keep in mind. i do not need a break mentaly
I feel great. have TONS of energy and just feel good.
I'm only considering it as a means of boosting my
fat loss.
Thank you.
Shahar.
