I usually don't get caught in products advertising like this, but seeing that John Berardi is probably one of the most knowledgeable and respected nutrition expert, I was thinking of buying this. At 97$ currently, seems to be a good deal.

I haven't personally looked into any of his stuff, however I always do enjoy his articles on T-Nation.

Best investment i made in regards to healthy eating habits and tasty meals. Straight foward also. The hard part is forming habits, i'm well on my way.
