Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bob Hort Mon, April 17th, 2006, 04:02 PM I'll start with the obvious- many of us here have used Swolecat (follow the support banner above or my signature). jeremy Likness (where's he been lately) used to frequent here and works online. He recomends a few others as well. stallion16 Mon, April 17th, 2006, 04:05 PM There's a squirrely looking guy by the name of swolecat lurking around these forums...he might know something.... Just kidding on the squirrely part. Swolecat is by far the most popular online trainer I've heard of (especially on these forums). His record is unbelievable and from what I've seen, his programs are amazing. Some people actually gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. I've never worked with Swole but I have yet to see one negative comment about this dude. His website is http://www.vizualxcellence.com/ As you can see from the pictures and testimonials on the site, Swolecat is the real deal. I'm not sure exactly how much he charges now but even John has stated that its worth alot more than it costs. Hope this helps. stallion16 Mon, April 17th, 2006, 04:06 PM I'll start with the obvious- many of us here have used Swolecat (follow the support banner above or my signature). jeremy Likness (where's he been lately) used to frequent here and works online. He's very knowledgable and also knows what he's doing. michael2938 Mon, April 17th, 2006, 04:07 PM IIRC, Jeremy is no longer taking on clients for personal coaching. I believe he went back into IT work. -Mike John Stone Mon, April 17th, 2006, 04:11 PM Swolecat (http://www.vizualxcellence.com/) is the man to talk to. I use him myself, and have had fantastic results. Jeremy is no longer coaching. stallion16 Mon, April 17th, 2006, 04:23 PM IIRC, Jeremy is no longer taking on clients for personal coaching. Isn't this the same guy who is always posting that he was glad to get out of his IT job? michael2938 Mon, April 17th, 2006, 04:34 PM Jeremy went back into IT work? Really? Isn't this the same guy who is always posting that he was glad to get out of his IT job?Yep. I was surprised, too. He started a thread about it: http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=24400 TheChop Tue, April 18th, 2006, 04:34 PM I dunno if it's been mentioned yet but SoulCat or SwellCat or something seems to have a good reputation. I've been on his plan for eight whole days. I've made some spanking progress in that time. I couldn't ever imagine myself coming up with this routine by trial and error. He also is very quick to respond to questions. The longest I've had to wait is about six hours. The quickest was pretty much the time it took him to type out the e-mail. Check out my journal below for some pics from my first week. Sure he sometimes types in all caps and uses u instead of you but the man clearly is the Truth. I can't thank him enough. |
