Was 260+ long time ago then I found this site and got down to 172. Now I met my current wife and with cooking and shakes (lethal shakes) I'm back up to 214. Well two weeks ago I started yet again my journey towards weight loss. I am now 208.8 as of last monday. I wont weigh myself again till tomorrow afternoon. I'm doing the same thing I did before as far as weights and hiit. It goes like this....

Sunday- Legs (only because I dont like to have sore legs on the weekends)
Monday- Hiit 25 mins (treadmill, elliptical, stairclimber, depends my mood)
Tuesdays- back, biceps, traps
Wednesday- Hiit
Thursday- Chest, triceps, shoulders
Friday- Hiit
Saturday- Half Diet and Half super cheat meals.. What I mean is first three meals diet than the last two whatever I want... pizza, mcdonalds, whatever. It helps keep my sanity and it also helps me not cheap during the week.

Ok so down to the point of this post. I have two jobs, I only have about two hours between jobs. I get home from my morning job around +\- 4pm than rest than leave at 6pm to the gym (which is around the corner from my night job) and then I clock in at the night job at 730pm... So with like no time to cook or even sit here and write all this:D I'm having lots of trouble with six meals a day. It's currently running like this....

640am- 1 cup cereal 1 cup fat free milk

830-9am- Protein bar. I like the detour bars

1130-12pm- Two slice whole wheat potato bread with 3-4 slices of ham and 1 slice of 2%milk swiss.

3pm- Ready made protein drink MuscleMilk

530pm- This is the only time that I really cook. Might be some whole wheat linguini with little bit ragu sauce and chicken breast. Or brown rice with chickenbreast. Or whole wheat wrap with onions chicken.

830pm- two scoops of musclemilk. ( I put it in a cup and just add water and mix while I'm working driving around)

1200am- This is the time that I usually get home from my job, sometimes later though. If I come home with the strong munchies I just munch on some slices of ham and water and go to sleep.

I was thinking about buying some hydroxycut also but when I lost my 90lbs at first I never used any burners and this was when the illegal stuff was still legal:tu:

Anyways I just need some opinions on my diet. I dont have any time to cook at all. I got my wife cooking the meat for me but thats all. I dont expect her to do anything for me so please dont suggest that. I can stomach eating this everyday no problem but is this going to help me or break me. Thanx for all your help... I plan for this journey to be permanent with no setbacks like the last one..

Thanx all...:flex:

640am- <Whole Food Carbs & Fat> <Whole Food Carbs & Fat>

830-9am- <Supplement - MRP>

1130-12pm- <Whole Food, Heavy Carbs and Fat>

3pm- <Supplement - Heavy Fat, Heavy Protein, Light Carbs>

530pm- <Whole Food, Balanced>

830pm- <Supplement - Heavy Fat, Heavy Protein, Light Carbs>

1200am- <???>

If you want this to be sustainable then I'd definetly avoid the Hydroxycut in addition to your diet. It doesn't look like you're getting much whole food. Maybe a can of tuna and a cup of brown rice instead of one of your supplement meals?

You've lost 88 lbs before. What do you think of your diet? Why did you wind up back at 214 after all the work it took to get to 176?

I absolutly can not stand tuna. I cant even see the can anymore. I would try to get more whole foods in there but that would mean like going to mcdonalds and getting a grilled chicken salad with vinegrete sauce (errr didnt spell that right) or going to the chinese and getting brown rice with shrimp and broccoli no oil. Yeah I lost 90lbs but I had no job so I was cooking alot. Now I have like no time at all. Its like asking me to cook couple means with only one hour and I tend to use that hour to take a nap between jobs. Geez wish this was easier for me. I should contact rachel ray lol......

Anymore suggestions please...

Thanx all

Im a single mom and work in a corporate environment so I have very little time to cook too. So this is what I do:

When I can cook, I always cook 3-4 extra portions and freeze. Since you can cook at 5.30 pm, why don't you cook extra. My weekends are also used to cook. I shop for groceries on the way back from work and I spend about 3-4 hours on Sat or Sun to prepare my meals for the week! Planning your cooking does wonders! My children are toddlers and I manage my own firm so I really have to plan my time or else no way will I be able to eat 6 clean meals a day!
