BF%: Huge
5' 10'

Training: Fasted cardio at around 8:00AM
9:00am
one cup southwest egg beaters
1/2 cup oats in water

Totals: 270 cals, 2.5 G Fat, 30 G Pro

12:00pm
4oz deli turkey on wheat
apple

Totals: 310 cals, 4 G fat, 26G Pro

Training: Lift at around 1:30pm

3:00pm
4oz deli turkey on wheat
banana

Totals: Basically same as 12:00PM meal

6:00pm
double protein shake w/ 6 oz. 2% milk(love it!)

Totals: 350 cals, 9G Fat, 46 Pro

9:00pm
one cup sw eggbeaters
2 white tortillas
1/4 cup cheese
hot sauce

Totals: 390 cals, 13 G Fat, 36 G Pro

12:00PM

double protein shake w/ 6oz of 2%milk

Overall Total: 1980 Cals, 41 G Fat, 210 G protein.

Start using more veggies if i were you and reduce the amount of bread your using. Center starchy carbs around workout and breakfest. You should get at least 40g of protein in every meal.

Deli turkey is high in sodium and not necessarily low in fat. Not to mention very expensive (where I live anyway). Try buying your own chicken or turkey breasts and roasting or poaching them to build sandwiches with.

I wouldn't recommend you go below 2300 calories at your weight. Add some ground flax seeds, fish or nuts to your diet for healthy fats, and vegetables.

It all depends on how much you are exercising. If it's low to moderate, this should be fine. I know a lot of people here tend to say "eat more" but I assume this FAR better than how you had been eating in the past. If you are lifting heavy for 3-4 days/wk, and doing fasted cardio everyday, you probably should eat a little more.

My only concern would be losing weight too quickly. If you have a big belly, you might end up with some loose skin. If you take off the weight slowly, you probably can avoid that. But I'm no expert on that one.

As for deli meat, I say go for it. I eat it all the time. I just think your diet looks a little boring.
