So its been a while since I have posted here, but today marked my 10 Weeks on SGX and I am feeling great. So let me show you what I have accomplished so far:
My workout journey began on Dec 19th 2005. Here I am looking all pathetic and weighing in about 185-190 (I went up and down). Looks like I am either pregnant, or I got a basketball sized tumor in my belly:

So after about a month I was reading up on Johnstonefitness.com and doing my best. I lost about 15 pounds on my own. I read about this SGX thing, and decided to shell out the money for it and give it a try.
Here I am at the start of SGX (day 1) at 170'ish pounds:

Here I am at 2 weeks (OMG NO DREADLOCKS!) 165 pounds:

Week 4 my camera decided to stop working :( 161 pounds:

And here I am today (morning pic) week 10 at 150.5 pounds. I am hoping to get some abs showing up real good in 4-8 weeks:

So SGX rocks! I have gone from a 36 inch pants size to a loose 30, and I still have way more to do!
