I was wondering what y'all thought about the post w/o insulin spike while cutting. I usually do it after lifting, but I am trying to really regulate my insulin levels to control cholesterol levels.
I think I am fairly desensitized to insulin and am trying to get it under control. I am trying to weigh the pros and cons of the dextrose induced spike. Also looking for imput for post cardio insulin spiking.

eh, i put dextrose so the protein goes to the muscle right away. I would do it no matter what. seems like a very good thing to do.

since i began my workout program, ive used ground oats in my post-workout shakes to add some thickness and add a low-gi kick. last night i used dextrose for the first time, and literally felt high for 10 minutes as my body absorbed it. very odd feeling!
