Dear Forum Readers,

Thank you for taking the time to look at my daily fitness log. Let me introduce myself and tell you my story and what brought me to write a fitness log on John's SIte.

It started Three years ago when i started to get severe migraines on a daily basis. I was 26 then working as a medical sales rep for a large billion dollar company. Everything was great with my life. I was in my prime physically and professionally. I was 26 and 6'3 and 200 pounds. I played basketball and tennis in college. At the time i was very athletic. I never once worried what i ate or when i ate. Working and covering 3 states wears on your body. I started eating late night at wendy's and discovered the double cheeseburger with fries and a coke. For the next two years Wendys became my best friend. Fast forward to March 25, 2004. Im still 6'3 but my weight has jumped to 250. I can't believe i've gained 50 pounds in 3 years. At not one point did i realize i got fat until this christmas when a friend asked where my body went. For the next 4 months i have been in denial and havent accepted that im a fat, lazy and out of shape. Today as im walking to my office(I sale Mercedes Benz and Jaguar) I notice that i was breathing hard from tying my shoes. To me that was the last draw. As soon as i was at my desk i started to look for ways to lose my fat gut and get in shape. This site pop up out of nowhere. I started to read the story about John and admired his dedication to his program. So this brings me to TOday March 25. 2004

Im 6'3 and 250 pounds...I have fat on my legs and belly and even my head has gained weight. lol... I need a change. Im getting married on July 3, 2004. I want to lose thirty pounds in the next three months. I need some assistance on how to start this fitness journey.

Day one start tomororw. I will review workouts and diets and come up with one. If You guys or girls think you know a great program to start please write me in this post. I look forward to writing this journal and losing the fat from my head. By the way im very sarcastic and like to make fun of myself.
