Estimate my fat loss, here are some recent and old pics. Around 120 - 140 lb difference. I still weigh around 220.

End of March, 2006 (I'll upload some shirtless pics soon and link them)

So, um, yeah. I still need to cut around 40lbs and I started lifting around september of 05. Any recommendations or BF% estimates?

Sorry about being terse, I wanted to post before class and was in a hurry. (I knew that if I didn't post it before class, I'd never get the guts to post pics again)

Anyway,
here are two recent (3-4 weeks old, its time for a new pick next sunday)

http://www.virtuatrainer.com/junktrunk/displayimage.php?album=13&pos=3
http://www.virtuatrainer.com/junktrunk/displayimage.php?album=13&pos=4
General Pics I'm uploading as I find them (Still looking for an old topless pic) - http://www.virtuatrainer.com/junktrunk/thumbnails.php?album=13

I really appreciate anything y'all can tell me. Like I said, I am weightlifting now but while I get stronger I don't seem to get bigger (I'm deadlifting and squatting 225, and benching 185 and can do 16 pull-ups continuously) although my veins are "poppy" if that's a word.

I'm curious, what do y'all think my BF% is? The tanita says 19.5%, Army calculators say 24%. Also, I'm pretty sure that part of the over-hang is loose skin (not completely loose skin, but I'm betting part of it is), do you think that'll go away when I lose another 40 lbs or so?

Please and Thanks You! :)

Those are better, but the loose skin makes it difficult to judge. I generally am not good at judging bodyfat anyway and I rarely attempt to because of this. But there are many people on here who are good at it; hopefully they'll chime in.

I'm glad you're weightlifting, that will make your results better.

Looks skin? I think it will go away after you drop more fat, but I think it takes time from what I remember reading. Do a search for some posts by Jeremy Likness on here, as I think he may have talked about this before. Also check out his website, he may have some articles on it (I think).

BTW, if you want to lay out your diet and training routine we'll give you feedback. :tucool:

Might want to take a Vit E supplement and something like flax. Good for the skin.
