Hey all... been changing my life for the past 7 months, and for the first time I am posting my results. Some educated guesses at BF % would be very helpful (I'm inquisitive my nature).

The first pic is me at around 255, though I never actually weighed myself above 244, I know I was more than that.

The second pic is me after 6.5 months, 3 of which were Max OT.

The third pic is me after 2 weeks of HIT, which began directly after Max OT. I have lost 7 pounds (do you see the loss?) in this two week period...my diet has also changed this past 2 weeks.

Thanks for looking, and please, offer some opinions!!!

Enjoy!

Here are two more taken from today, though it's after I ate, so just a bit bloated.

Some thoughts would be helpful! BF%???

Thanks!

Wow. That's great. 7 months too. You must be getting a lot of feedback and comments from friends, family, and co-workers.

Imagine what you'll be like in a year.

Your transformation from 255 lbs is amazing! I know you will never go back. I can see the difference in you from last two weeks where you have lost nearly 7 lbs, you are trimming up. I going to give you a 16-19% range, you look like you have dropped 4% or so in BF from start of HIT.(edit)

I think you mentioned a 12 week plan to reduce fat and build muscle towards the end of the period. A picture a week might give you a good keepsake.:tucool:

RTE, are you KIDDING? Only 4% from the start? I would have thought way more than that!

Dude, that's awesome and it's totally motivation for me to keep going.

Werd up.

From start of HIT 2 weeks ago, No he probally was near 40% at the start of transformation. He has lost over half the fat that was there

Thanks for the kind words!!! I'd be very happy with 16-19%, but I'll be much happier at 12-15%!!! lol

I've cut down the calories by 100 / day, and am almost at my target weight. I'll post a few more pics soon...Thanks!

Yes, I think my eating habits have been completely changed, and will never go back. I rarely have a "cheat" meal. Actually, I can't remember having one! I don t'miss all the old stuff that used to plague me, like chicken wings, ribs, burgers, fries, Doritos, etc.... I just finished a nice vegetable stir fry with carrots, zucchini, onion, pepper, bbq chicken (plain) with a sprinkle of peanuts on top. I would rather that ANY day then what I ate before!

All right! 18 big time lbs. Lifts increased. Now you are going for muscle, with Six one week body part specialization routines. Let see if you can pack the muscle on, as easily as fat came off.:claphigh: :claphigh: :claphigh:

Thanks for the encouragement! I actually feel great in my new body. I feel so light and nimble to tell you the truth. I feel like everywhere I go I want to run, or at least jog!

My confidence is through the roof! I don't get intimidated to go to a nice store to buy clothes for fear of not finding anything that fits. I feel like I can achieve anything.

More that all that, I am sleeping better, have a better relationship with my wife, and can keep up with my new puppy (a short haired collie). I know I will reap the long term rewards of a new, healthy me.

Follow my workout and diet in my journal in the journal section.

All the best, and thanks!

my weekly pictures will be postponed until sunday night. I have another wedding (wow, this is costing me a fortune!) and won't be back until late.

I've been practicing some poses, so I'll try to include some.

A question, I'm halfway through my alloted space for posting pictures... can I delete some pictures from past threads to clear up some space? Or do I need to upgrade my membership in order to get some more room? I was thinking of upgrading to a bigger membership anyway, but wasn't going to do so until later in the summer.

Thanks!

What is the title to your journal. Coincidentally, I also had a start date of 9/18, but mine was 2004, not 2005. You have achieved great progress, very motivational.

Good job! I can't wait to see progress on myself. I've looked through sites, day in and day out, for at least a couple of years. It didn't take me more then 2 minutes to be hooked on this site. It's so motivational.

For sure... actually, I owe quite a bit to this site. I don't know that I'd still be motivated if it weren't for this site, and the people who I speak with on a daily basis.

I am going to definitetly improve my membership to show support for John and all he does.
