Does anyone know the correct sequence of "hold key - click - drag" to change the position of the start menu / toolbar which normally resides at the bottom of the page, but thanks to one of my kids is now along the edge of the screen? Thanks in advance... I'll lock it in place once I fix it.

just click and drag on the toolbar with the mouse (in the grey bits, and not on any open applications) and drag to the window position where you want to leave it. Lock it to prevent future changes
