This is really making me angry because I always dread lifting weights on back days and sometimes leg days.
Every time I do deadlifts, my tailbone hurts when I get up after the set. A couple days later, my lower back hurts. It's not severe pain, but enough to cause a concern because I'm 17, for God's sake!
I try to perfect my form when I do deadlifts. I've tried to learn the form on my own, without a trainer, but I've studied form tips and try to be really, really careful with my form. I keep my back locked, don't round my shoulders, etc. What could be wrong?
