I am not sure if this is the right forum for this, but, here goes...
I am a 32-year-old male who was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 2 years ago. At the time, I was seeing pretty good results from Swolegenix. After being diagnosed, I went into a state of DENIAL (about my diagnosis, my eating habits, and my fitness).
About a month ago, I decided to finally research hypothyroidism and see what kind of diets I could find on the subject. I had been feeling miserable and decided that my TSH levels must need adjusting. I paid a visit to my doc and he ran several blood tests. What he revealed really surprised me! He said that my TSH levels were normal but that my testosterone was LOW! Now, he has prescribed a testosterone patch.
My question is, where do I go from here? I am up almost 40 pounds since last summer and am trying to shed some weight. I know that there are several factors playing into my condition. The trick is pinpointing the problem and fixing it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Sorry for the long post:)
