32 weeks into my weight loss plan, I know that I have a stellar body now, you just can't see it ><. I've been working my abs since I started my diet and they're just now peeking out as I continue to burn fat. I'm running anywhere from 2-7 miles a day, depending on the practice, anarobic and aerobic. I'm lifting weights almost everyday, I just need to clean up my diet a little and I should look pretty good by summer, let me know what you think.
