Hello to all. I am new
I decided to make a journal to track my weight loss goals. :tucool:
Here's what my goals are
May 14 Goal:
178 lbs | 10% bf
I would like to keep as much muscle as possible while doing so.
I currently do:
Monday: chest | back | 15 minute HIIT run
Tuesday: 20 minutes HIIT on bike
Wednesday: Legs | No Cardio
Thursday: 20 minutes HIIT on bike
Friday: Bi's | Tri's | Shoulders | No Cardio
Saturday: 35 minutes of steady cardio
Sunday: off
Eating around 2.1k calories a day at 50/30/20
I will keep you guys updated and maybe even post a pic.
